We are scaling our reach by investing in custom CRM infrastructure and automation, creating streamlined user journeys and engaging digital learning environments. Role Overview We are looking for a fluent English-speaking, skilled, and reliable GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist to help us build, optimise, and maintain our internal and client-facing systems. This includes CRM workflows, funnel pages, online course development , billing, and the setup and management of AI-powered virtual assistants (AI reps) for outreach and lead nurturing. You will support our team by creating smooth, automated user journeys from first contact to onboarding, interactive learning access , and long-term engagement. You’ll also be responsible for designing automation logic to assign leads to the right workflows, segments, and human teams when needed. Key Responsibilities CRM & Automation Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows , triggers, pipelines, and nurture campaigns Set up tagging systems , contact segmentation, and automated Smart Lists Develop logic for lead scoring , custom field mapping, and auto-assignment Conduct testing and troubleshoot CRM logic before go-live Maintain clean data and build dashboard reports for lead journey tracking Funnels & Pages Create high-converting landing pages, sales funnels , and booking flows Design and embed forms, calendars, surveys , and follow-up sequences Integrate with external tools via Zapier or Make.com Client Portal & Learning Environment Build interactive client/member portals within GoHighLevel Set up login/registration , secure content access, and user progress tracking Upload or integrate video lessons and tutor content Create and embed interactive quizzes or assessments Configure automated billing and checkout using Stripe/PayPal Set up and manage online courses using GHL’s Membership/Portal tools AI Rep Management & Lead Handling Deploy and manage AI reps or chatbot-style agents in GoHighLevel Configure for initial outreach, lead qualification, call booking , and data capture Design workflows to assign leads to human staff or funnel stages Collaborate with the Director to ensure AI reps reflect our tone and strategy Course Content Development (New) Research and structure content for short courses, micro-learning modules , and masterclasses Ensure content is up to date, relevant, and aligned with current digital/employability trends Collaborate with trainers to upload and structure video-based lessons, exercises, and downloads Assist with integration of AI tutors, chat-based guides, or voice assistants to enhance learner interactivity Essential Skills and Experience Fluent in English (written and spoken) 6+ months of experience with GoHighLevel CRM, automation, and client portals Strong working knowledge of Zapier , Make.com , or similar Experience creating funnels, forms, payment flows, calendars, and course access systems Understanding of e-learning , course design, and content mapping Familiarity with using AI chat tools or workflow logic for tutoring or onboarding Detail-oriented and able to follow clear technical briefs Comfortable using task management tools (e.g. Trello, ClickUp, Google Sheets) Desirable (Not Required) Familiarity with Expandi, Dropcontact, or LinkedIn automation tools Experience creating white-label GHL snapshots Previous experience in instructional design, content writing, or video-based training Knowledge of data privacy and secure learning access standards Contract Terms Remote freelance role ( India-based applicants only ) Part-time: 10–20 hours/week (with opportunity to grow based on performance) Must be available for weekly UK time zone calls Initial 1-month trial , followed by project/retainer model Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Project-based Contract length: 3 months (initial), extendable Pay: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000/month (Based on experience and skills) Expected Hours: 20 per week Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Show more Show less
