Role Description This is a full-time role located in Chennai for a Customer Relationship Management professional. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer engagement. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing sales support, and utilizing CRM tools to track and enhance customer interactions. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with the project management team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills Expertise in Sales and Customer Engagement Analytical Skills for identifying customer needs and trends Project Management experience to coordinate client services Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the financial or real estate investment industry is a plus Hindi and English compulsory Show more Show less
