Senior Complaint & CRM Executive/Manager will be responsible for leading complaint management and CRM functions in a dynamic business environment. Industry: Solar Job Location: Pune -Maharashtra salary: 15-20 LPA Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire complaint lifecycle across multiple channels including calls, emails, website, social media, and regulatory platforms. Oversee CRM platform(s) to ensure all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions are accurately recorded. Ensure complaint handling processes comply with applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., Consumer Protection Act, SEBI SCORES if applicable). Lead initiatives to continuously improve complaint management processes and customer experience. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of complaint handling and CRM professionals. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field (mandatory). Preferred Background & Experience: 5-10 years in complaint handling, customer service, or CRM roles. Postgraduate qualifications (MBA/PGDM) or relevant certifications in CRM, Quality Management, or Customer Service preferred. Prior work experience in solar energy companies, e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, or IT/BPO firms such as Tech Mahindra is highly preferred. Show more Show less
