Role Summary:

The CRM is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience before, during, and after purchase. The CRM handles customer queries, maintains client databases, follows up for repeat business, and coordinates with the sales team to deliver exceptional service and personalized engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed customer records and purchase history.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat sales and referrals.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
  • Coordinate with the sales and showroom teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Manage loyalty programs, festival greetings, and personalized offers.
  • Follow up with high-value clients for upcoming events and new collections.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Experience of 1-2 year in luxury retail or jewellery sector preferred.
  • Ability to use CRM software and maintain accurate data.
  • Polite, patient, and attentive to detail.
