Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive Location : Hyderabad, India Job Type : (Full-Time) Department : Customer Service / Relationship Management Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of each customer. Preferably, the candidate should have prior experience in the banking or financial services industry, where they will apply their knowledge to improve customer retention and business growth. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing professional service and timely solutions to their needs. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and courtesy. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate support and services to enhance their experience and financial goals. Customer Support and Service: Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) and resolve issues promptly. Handle account management tasks including transactions, service requests, and account updates. Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant IT staffing and services (e.g., contract, full time). Provide IT Staffing knowledge and recommendations based on customer profiles and needs. IT Operations: Assist clients with day-to-day IT Staffing operations, such as candidate engagement, Proposals, paperwork ,lead generation activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all customer interactions. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns, aiming for a first-contact resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up and feedback to customers. Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Develop strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and improve customer retention metrics. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify any further needs. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor client interactions and satisfaction levels through surveys or feedback. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on customer activities, trends, and performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools. Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory standards. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
