Job Description

Position Overview

Customer Relation Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day customer communication, order coordination, and documentation processes. The role involves close interaction with domestic and international clients, ensuring smooth order management, timely follow-ups, and excellent service delivery in line with Seaberry’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling customer emails and communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Send product offers, quotations, and promotional updates to customers.
  • Coordinate and collect customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product details and pricing.
  • Follow up regularly with customers regarding orders, dispatches, and feedback.
  • Ensure all export documentation is prepared correctly and shared on time with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for dispatches, billing, and delivery tracking.
  • Handle payment follow-ups and support in collection activities.
  • Assist in order transfers, stock updates, and customer status reporting.
  • Maintain proper records of customer communications and update reports as required.
  • Work in sync with the European time zone to coordinate with international clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or related field).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Export Documentation.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Attention to detail, especially in documentation and export processing.
  • Preference: Female candidates with strong communication skills and ability to manage international communication (European time zone).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
