Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing information about our jewellery schemes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information about Regal Jewellers’ products, schemes, and offers. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, schemes, and service requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty. Resolve customer issues, escalate complex queries when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records and update databases regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as per business requirements. Support marketing campaigns by informing customers about promotions and offers. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
