Role & responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers. Educate customers on new products and features. Achieve sales targets and KPIs. Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
