Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive(Female) Location: Pan India Reports To: Store Manager Experience: 0-3 Years (Retail or customer service preferred) Job Overview: The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers both on the phone and on the store floor. This role includes engaging with customers, managing inquiries, making outbound calls for promotions, and ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement (In-store): Greet and assist customers on the store floor, offering product recommendations and answering queries. Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and a seamless shopping experience. Tele calling & Promotions: Make outbound calls to customers regarding new products, special offers, and promotions, and qualify leads for sales opportunities. CRM Management: Input and update customer data in the CRM system to maintain accurate records, preferences, and transaction history. Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers through personalized follow-ups, check-ins, and informing them about upcoming sales or new collections. Sales Support: Promote seasonal offers, exclusive deals, and new products both in-store and through tele calling to drive sales. Reporting & Insights: Utilize CRM data to provide insights into customer preferences, behavior, and sales trends to management. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and enhance communication skills through training. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Graduation/ Diploma (Hospitality industry is an added advantage) Proficiency in English and the local language. Previous experience in retail or customer service (luxury/jewelry experience a plus). Proficient in CRM systems and customer data management. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
