Job Description

We are a leading plywood manufacturing company operating across multiple states in India. We are looking for Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) to manage customer interactions and drive business through phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for order processing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned states. Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Dispatch, Accounts) for smooth order execution. Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of interactions and transactions in CRM. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream) Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, telecalling, or inside sales. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently. Language Requirements: CRE 3 (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa) Must speak Tamil & Malayalam. CRE 4 (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh) Must speak Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, and Marathi.
