Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Address customer inquiries and resolve customer issues or concerns.
Always maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries or complaints are resolved effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Escalate unresolved queries or technical issues to the appropriate departments.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Provide feedback on process improvements based on customer interactions and trends.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred.
Proven experience of 2+ years in customer service or tele calling is a MUST.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software, telephony systems, and basic computer applications (MS Office).
Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with difficult customers.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Working Conditions:

6-day work week (may vary based on company policy).
Rotational shifts may be applicable, including weekends and holidays.
