Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who excels in client handling, has strong written and verbal communication skills , and can build and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and able to address client inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, emails, and chats professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports on customer feedback. Assist in customer onboarding and provide necessary guidance on products/services. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or client servicing. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Ability to handle multiple client interactions efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and customer support tools. A customer-first approach with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (office + remote).
