Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Engage in cold calling to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers. Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and make outbound calls to follow up with prospects. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Lead Conversion: Work towards converting leads into sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM tools or software. Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
