The CRE will be responsible for regular telecalling to customers for outstanding payment follow-up and maintaining cordial relationships. The role includes monitoring the sales team activities, preparing sales-related data and reports, and supporting management with accurate updates. No sales targets are involved. Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required to prepare reports, maintain records, and update daily information.
