Role Overview: As a Customer Care Manager, your role will involve handling the customer care number and email, attending to end-customers in the office, and ensuring that all calls, emails, and customers are attended to in a professional and time-bound manner. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, complaints, and requirements efficiently.
