Job Description

Sales and customer acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, promote banking products (e.g., accounts, loans, credit cards), and acquire new customers. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention. Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the bank's growth. Client needs assessment: Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking solutions to clients. Market knowledge: Stay up-to-date with banking products, services, regulations, and market trends through ongoing market research. Reporting and collaboration: Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
