Job Title: Customer Relations Executive - (Celara Diagnostics) Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage the booking system. Maintain records of patient visits and assist with billing-related queries. Coordinate with the phlebotomy team for sample collections. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills.
