Job Description

The Customer Relations Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving a company's relationship with its customers. The role involves making outgoing calls, maintaining data from social media platforms, and following up on payments. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and marketing, be proactive in learning, and demonstrate value. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities, target markets, and forward those prospective clients to the sales manager. Additionally, you will handle pre- and post-closing of deals, review services with clients, and coordinate with sales and operations teams if the client needs any assistance. This role is also eligible for incentives based on targets reached as per SLA and KRA. Responsibilities: Customer Service & Support Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle difficult customers and resolve disputes professionally. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction. Engage with customers to promote brand loyalty. Sales & Upselling Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services from leads generated through social media platforms. Follow up with customers interested in purchasing products & services. Provide customers with product/service information and recommendations. Schedule face-to-face meetings for the sales team with interested customers. Collect customer contact information and follow up with leads. Communication & Feedback Management Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products or services. Develop engaging sales pitches for different target customers. Communicate customer concerns to relevant departments for resolution. Be strong in customer-centric communication and data management. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service improvements. Update the CRM daily. Coordination with Internal Teams Liaise with sales, marketing, and operations teams to address customer needs. Ensure smooth execution of customer requests and service delivery. Brand Representation Act as the face of the company in customer interactions. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner. Skills & Abilities: Ability to upsell and cross-sell products/services. Strong communication skills. Understanding customer needs and pitching accordingly. Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Good listening skills and attention to customers. High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a competitive industry. Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined. Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as part of a team. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care (sales) or BPO (especially outbound). Self-motivated and quick learner. Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory).
