This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Associate located in Noida at Realty Assistant. The Customer Relations Associate will be responsible for customer retention, satisfaction, support, and service on a day-to-day basis.

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus
