Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relation Manager to oversee client interactions, drive sales growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a positive attitude towards achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide product guidance and support to customers
• Ensure smooth onboarding and service experience for all clients
• Collaborate with the sales team for promotional activities and campaigns
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions
• Prepare basic reports on sales and customer satisfaction
