Role Description Why We Are Hiring We are expanding and need a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, enhance dealer engagement, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, and service teams. If you enjoy solving customer problems, maintaining strong relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you! What You Will Do As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, tracking inquiries, managing CRM software, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. 3. Key Responsibilities Manage customer relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers. Handle customer inquiries & complaints and ensure timely resolution. Track and analyze customer data to improve service quality. Coordinate with the sales & service teams for seamless customer experience. Manage & update CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar). Assist in marketing and sales initiatives to enhance customer retention. 4. Requirements & Qualifications Must-Have Skills ✔ CRM System Management – Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar. ✔ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build trust with customers. ✔ Customer Handling & Problem-Solving – Experience in resolving queries effectively. ✔ Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to track customer insights. ✔ Fluency in Tamil, English & either Hindi or Malayalam (mandatory). Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory) Experience in B2B Customer Relations – Handling industrial clients & distributors. Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction Metrics – Retention & loyalty strategies. Ability to Upsell & Cross-Sell – Strengthening business opportunities. Other Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years in CRM management, sales, or client relationship roles. 6.
