WE ARE HIRING Position: Customer relation Executive Company: Data Grid Labs Location: Kunnamkulam, Kerala About the Company Data Grid Labs serves as the extended back-office of our parent company, Al Safwan Marine , based in Sharjah, UAE. Our team in Kunnamkulam handles HR, finance, administration, and a portion of the sales coordination to support marine safety services offered internationally. Al Safwan Marine is a leading marine safety company with over 21 years of experience. Specializing in marine safety inspections and services, the company operates globally, providing trusted and compliant solutions to marine clients. Job Role: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Customer Relation executive to support our UAE sales operations from our Kunnamkulam office. The role involves regular communication with international clients and coordination with our UAE team. Key Responsibilities: Make professional sales-related calls to clients and partners. Communicate confidently and clearly in English (Verbal). Support the sales team by handling inquiries and sharing relevant information. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in sales or telephonic communication. Fluent in English – both spoken and written. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
