We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and enhance our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is crucial in improving customer retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools/software).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
• Track and analyze customer trends, behavior, and satisfaction data.
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Follow up with clients after sales or service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in executing customer loyalty and retention programs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship or client servicing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in a startup or creative company environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or sales background is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
