The candidate is expected to interact with the customers for collecting details like EB bill etc required for solar application
Should fill the application form on behalf of the customer and tack the progress of work for the customer till closure
Should be responsible for the entire process from Application to closure on web portal
Tele calling also needs to be carried out for converting leads.
The candidate must be comfortable with usage of computer - MS Office and web portal.
