Role & responsibilities Reports solid line to Division Quality Management. represents their defined customers on quality and delivery related matters relating to our products. Manages CQS and the collaboration between relevant CQSs as well as coordinates with the manufacturing plants. Customer interface follow-up regarding on-time responsiveness and quality of response with focus on major customer issued problem solving requests. Champion of customer supplier ratings on quality and delivery. Fluent in customer databases. Preferred candidate profile Hand on experience in Customer Quality, Customer handling, OEM customer handling, Customer complaints and queries handling preferably in Automative Domain.
