Role & responsibilities The Customer Onboarding and Implementation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring new customers have a smooth start with the companys products or services. This role guides clients through the onboarding journey, handling everything from setup and training to early-stage support. As the primary point of contact, the specialist ensures each customers needs are met, providing tailored solutions and coordinating with internal teams to address any challenges. With a focus on customer satisfaction, this position combines project management and customer relationship skills to drive successful outcomes and support long-term customer success . Job Responsibilities: Helping new customers with setup and configuration for a smooth onboarding process. Conducted training sessions and create user documentation. Worked with development teams to resolve customer-reported issues. Managed and resolve escalated support tickets promptly. Identified and address underlying problems of recurring issues. Building and maintain positive customer relationships. Engaged with customers proactively to prevent potential issues. Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met, and provide feedback on potential improvements. Assist with any issues or concerns customers may have during the onboarding process, ensuring quick and effective resolutions. Oversee or assist with the technical configuration and customization of products/services to align with customer requirements. Ensured support activities adhere to security policies and data protection regulations. Interacting with customers via various channels (Phone, Emails, Chat, Remote Sessions & Ticketing System) to understand and diagnose product-related issues. Maintained a customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
