We are looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to guide aspiring Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the benefits and requirements of the profession. Key Responsibilities: Educate potential partners on the advantages of becoming an MFD, including earning potential, career growth opportunities, and market demand Address queries related to the MFD certification process, regulatory requirements, and necessary qualifications Motivate and guide the partners toward completing their enrollment in the training program Provide end-to-end support to the partners throughout the onboarding journey Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, onboarding, or customer support in the product based company is a plus Fluent communication in Hindi and English Location: Chennai (Work from office) Show more Show less
