Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric
Customer Onboarding Manager
to lead the successful implementation of the Deputy platform for our enterprise clients. The role involves managing the complete onboarding lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring a seamless transition to the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while providing strategic guidance, training, and support to drive long-term product adoption and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful platform deployment.Act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey, offering best practices, expert guidance, and consultative support.Create and communicate detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and regular status updates, including risk assessments.Utilize strong technical aptitude to map and configure complex customer business structures and operational workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.Develop and deliver “train-the-trainer” programs and comprehensive training materials to empower customer teams for independent platform use.Collaborate with Support and Customer Success teams to document final configurations, custom solutions, and stakeholder information for smooth handoff and ongoing management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as implementation, delivery, professional services, or technical consulting within the SaaS industry.Strong ability to manage and influence enterprise customers with excellent communication and relationship management skills.Demonstrated technical and analytical capability, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business logic into technical configurations.Solid understanding of the SaaS implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
