Job brief: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join DynTech as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional support for their inquiries, orders, and account-related matters. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of trading processes (such as Crypto, Equity, Forex, OTC & Prop Trading), and a problem-solving mind-set. Key Responsibilities: βοΈ Provide timely and effective customer support to our clients and resolve client inquiries related to our products (Multi-Asset (Crypto, Equity, Forex), OTC, Prop Trading) services, and transactions βοΈ Stay informed about market conditions to provide accurate information and anticipate client needs βοΈ Troubleshoot and address issues regarding accounts, platform functionality, and technical problems.
