Job brief: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join DynTech as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional support for their inquiries, orders, and account-related matters. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of trading processes (such as Crypto, Equity, Forex, OTC & Prop Trading), and a problem-solving mind-set. Key Responsibilities: ❇️ Provide timely and effective customer support to our clients and resolve client inquiries related to our products (Multi-Asset (Crypto, Equity, Forex), OTC, Prop Trading) services, and transactions ❇️ Stay informed about market conditions to provide accurate information and anticipate client needs ❇️ Troubleshoot and address issues regarding accounts, platform functionality, and technical problems.
