The role involves 80% office work and 20% fieldwork , meeting key stakeholders and ensuring business growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Meet doctors and key decision-makers across South India to build strong relationships and understand their requirements. Collect, analyze, and track customer feedback to improve service quality and business strategy. Monitor and track business revenue across the South region , ensuring alignment with targets. Monitor customer satisfaction levels , gather feedback to identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement initiatives . Provide insights and reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and business performance . Travel across South India (20% fieldwork) to meet clients, gather feedback, and support business growth. Qualifications & Skills: MBA is mandatory (preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management). 4-7 years of experience in a strong customer-facing role (preferably in customer marketing, sales, or business development ). Strong communication skills , logical thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends. Excellent presentation skills , with expertise in PowerPoint and data analysis. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills . Ability to track revenue metrics and analyze business performance . Experience in healthcare, pharma, or a related industry is a plus. Male candidates preferred due to extensive customer interaction and travel requirements. Willingness to travel across South India (20% fieldwork). Interview Process (3 Rounds): ZM Round Initial screening and role discussion. GM Round Evaluation of skills and experience. HR Round Final discussion on compensation and company fit.
