Role & responsibilities 1.Manage the order board for the customer and brief them on their order schedule. 2. Check with the planning team / PPC on the adherence with the delivery dates given to the customer. 3. The candidate should be flexible in working hours and should be willing to work based on the customers time zone. 4. Should be able to manage inventory on the recurring orders.5 5. Should be informed about the dispatches, Logistics Incoterms, and packing standards for exports. Preferred candidate profile 1. B. Tech in Engineering Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience in manufacturing Industry handling daily communication with the customer. 2. Hands on Experience with SAP in Sales and Distribution Module. 3. Knowledge about procure to payment / Order to Cash. 4. Excellent Communication Skills
