The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of customer behavior, experience in developing strategies to optimize customer experiences, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer experience journey. Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Exposure to Automotive Dealers Sales & Service Operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives, using metrics and key performance indicators to track success. Create and manage customer experience improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct customer journey mapping workshops to visualize the customer experience and identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer experience, bringing innovative ideas to the organization. Qualifications & Skills Required Master’s degree in business administration or B.Tech Proven experience in customer experience strategy, dealership Operation Management in 4 Wheeler Passenger OEM. Excellent Ms Powerpoint Skills & Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proficient in customer experience management tools and methodologies. Creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.
