🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Be the 

    first point of contact

     for inbound customer queries on 

    Mail, WhatsApp, and Calls

    .
  • Provide 

    post-sales support

     – order updates, delivery status, customization requests, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, design) to 

    get real-time updates

    .
  • Resolve concerns with empathy and ensure 

    customers feel valued and cared for

    .
  • Track conversations and maintain customer records for smooth handovers.
