Key Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers throughout the renewal sales cycle. - Manage the renewal process and ensure accurate record-keeping in CRM systems. - Identify and close upsell/cross-sell deals to maximize customer value. - Coordinate renewal activity with assigned CSM, Partners, and Distributors. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and secure buy-in from stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. - Contribute to the development of new processes within a goal-oriented framework. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 4 years of renewal sales or inside sales experience. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. - Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred. - Deep understanding of customer retention strategies.
