Designation: Executive Retail Operations (Insurance Declaration Unit) Skills Required: • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders • Strong follow up skills. • Flexible to work for extended working hours and in shifts, if required. Responsibilities: • Ensuring timely submission of insurance declarations to insurance companies/brokers with desired accuracy for endorsements processing. • Maintaining CD statement with insurance companies/brokers. • Regular reconciliation of CD statements and 64vb adherence. • Cater ad-hoc requirement from management within the defined time frame. • Flexible to work in calibration with internal and external stakeholders. Qualification • Graduate Experience • Minimum 1 year experience in customer endorsements and cd reconciliation unit with insurance companies or insurance brokers.
