As a Data Integration Consultant Senior at EY, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions that enhance supply chain operations and decision-making processes. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conduct data assessment for clients using different frameworks and support them in building successful data strategies. - Collaborate closely with IT, supply chain, and other stakeholders to understand data analysis needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Develop strategies to validate, clean, transform, and monitor data to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, reliability, and timeliness for its intended uses. - Identify new data capture and standardization opportunities. - Oversee key standard reports and dashboards, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met. - Maintain data documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Data for supply chain management to recommend improvements and innovations. - Participate in the full lifecycle of data governance projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation review. - Perform data analysis and manipulation based on client requirements. - Utilize strong SQL, data integration, and handling skills. - Experience with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory, Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or Alteryx is essential. - Exposure to AI models, Python, and their application in Data Cleaning/Standardization. To qualify for this role, you must have: - 5+ years of experience in Data Intelligence Cloud, Data Quality/Cleansing with a strong understanding of data quality/maturity frameworks. - Expertise in Data Governance design and setup, Data Strategy roadmap development, and adoption. - Proficiency in data quality standards, data profiling, data quality assessment, data quality reporting, data cleaning, monitoring and control, and data governance. - Experience with data intelligence cloud platforms like Snowflake, Azure, and Databricks. Ideally, you will also possess: - Exceptional communication skills to build strong business relationships with senior executives. - Superior internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence strategic outcomes. - Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities as a Data Strategist. - Ability to build storylines and translate complex solutions into clear and understandable content. - Capability to collect and identify business requirements and translate them into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
