Job Description

As a Customer Contact Comms Associate at Accenture, you will be a part of the Customer Support vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and provide optimal solutions. You will be expected to ensure closure of faults and complaints within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
