About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Support Executives who can speak Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, or Kannada fluently. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a delightful service experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer queries in the assigned regional language.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Maintain call quality and achieve performance metrics.
• Document customer interactions and feedback effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

✅ Fluency in Tamil / Telugu / Marathi / Kannada (spoken).
✅ Good communication skills in English or Hindi.✅ Minimum qualification – 12th pass / Graduate.
✅ Basic computer knowledge.✅ Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
