ob Title: Customer Care Executive – Franchise Order Support Department: Operations / Customer Support Location: Dwarka sector 7 Head Office] Reporting To: Operations Manager Job Purpose: Customer calls aur online orders ko manage karna, unhe nearest franchise partner ko assign karna, aur smooth communication maintain karte hue timely service ensure karna. Key Responsibilities: Customer calls aur inquiries handle karna (via phone, WhatsApp, or app). Daily received orders ko track karna aur unhe appropriate franchise partner ko assign karna. Franchise partners se order confirmation lena aur status update maintain karna. Customer aur franchise ke beech coordination karna for smooth service delivery. Pending orders aur complaints ka follow-up karna. Order report daily operations team ko submit karna. CRM system / Excel me record maintain karna. High customer satisfaction ensure karna through polite and professional communication. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business etc.). Customer handling and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage work under pressure. Team coordination and time management. Qualification & Experience: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 1–2 years of experience in customer care or operations (automobile / service sector preferred). Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)
