Job Description

Onboarding & Planning: Serve as the main point of contact for new franchisees from signing to store opening. Develop customized activation plans and timelines for each new location. Coordinate pre-opening activities, including construction, training, licensing, and initial marketing. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align on launch requirements. Ensure timely delivery of brand assets, POS systems, equipment, and supply chain setup. Training & Support: Organize and facilitate franchisee and staff training programs. Provide on-site or virtual support during soft openings and grand openings. Monitor early performance and provide feedback to help franchisees stabilize operations. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational protocols during activation. Conduct pre-opening audits and resolve compliance issues. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track activation metrics and timelines; report progress to leadership. Gather feedback from franchisees and cross-functional teams to improve the activation process.
