Role & responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone
• Monitor customer feedback regularly and identify areas of improvement in our products and services.
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share feedback to relevant teams and departments.
• consumer satisfaction, handling tasks like sharing product/service information, responding to complaints, processing orders/returns, and managing customer feedback.
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. provide information about products and services.
• Youll be responsible for promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Native proficiency or fluency in any one or more of the specified languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Oria, Marathi).
• At least 2 years of prior experience in Customer care Relationship Works.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory, with excellent communication skills and team handling skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks on time
