Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming and outgoing calls by adhering standard script. Follow the defined call quality parameters. Communicate with customers, building positive relationships, responding to, and progressing issues and Queries to a Successful conclusion at the earliest time. Communicating and Coordinating with Customers and positively converting the lead in the sales. Ensure All complaints, opportunities for improvement and positive feedback from clients are answered in official social media accounts. Always attend the daily briefings and ensure a good understanding of the company product, services and new updates. Work with the quality mindset; consistently, persistently and collaboratively Always maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Follow up the case, tickets raised with IT and related departments are closed effectively and escalate to senior whenever required. Take ownership of assigned tasks and achieve the required productivity levels. Always be ready to go extra miles to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain the rule of confidentiality of data and communication pertaining to all internal - external communication ensuring data protection and following standard safety practices. The above mentioned tasks shall be the core responsibilities but ready to accept the task which may arise because of healthcare emergencies. Key Competencies: -The Executive will be only single point Contact for Customers so the below Skill are must 1.Empathy Towards the Customer 2.Problem solving Skills 3.Excellent Communication 4.Proactive approach to resolve issue 5.Work with the quality mindset -Minimum Education 10+2/Diploma- Education Should Be of Complete. -Rotational Shift (Should Be Comfortable with Night Shift) -Good Communication Skill with English & Hindi
