anage all customer interactions during and after the sales process Ensure timely and smooth delivery of vehicles to customers Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer concerns, queries, and complaints Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after delivery Maintain and improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer handling Keep customer records updated in CRM systems Assist in organizing customer engagement activities like delivery ceremonies or feedback sessions Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience Submit regular reports to management on customer feedback and resolution status Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
