Qualifications: Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass and above Age between 18 to 30 years. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities: Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Identify customer needs, clarify information, and close sales.
