Role Overview:We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring premium service to our clients. You will manage all customer interactions across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone, and website, while supporting order processing and post-sales experience. Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information (fabrics, fits, embroidery, styling)Convert leads and drive revenue via direct communication channelsManage website checkout queries and follow-ups on abandoned cartsCoordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processingResolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a luxury service standardMaintain records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement Requirements:Preferably 1–3 years of experience in luxury fashion or retail customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of women's designer fashion, fits, fabrics, and stylingOrganized, proactive, and solution-orientedFamiliarity with CRM tools, social media communication, and e-commerce platformsRevenue-focused mindset with a high attention to detail Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Communication, or a related field
