Job Description – Customer Service Executive / Sr. Customer Executive Company: Ezcare (An Essel Group Company) Location: Film City, Noida Sector 16 Department: Customer Support / Service Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Care executive to ensure smooth customer interactions across calls, chat, and email queries . The ideal candidate should have experience in call scripting and customer engagement . Prior experience in a wellness company will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Call Centre Management Supervise and guide junior call centre executives to maintain service quality. Ensure adherence to call scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs) . Monitor calls and provide feedback and training to improve performance. Customer Query Resolution Handle chat and email queries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner . Work closely with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve services. Chatbot & Automation Management Monitor and optimize chatbot responses to enhance customer interactions. Analyze chatbot data to identify areas for improvement in automation and response accuracy. Reporting & Process Improvement Track customer interactions and generate performance reports . Suggest and implement enhancements to call scripts, chat flows, and response guidelines . Key Requirements: ✅ Experience: Any Graduation / Intern Experience / Or Women willing to start a career ✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field . ✅ Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills .
