Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies. Record and track customer interactions, feedback, and issues to ensure resolution. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments as necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team efficiency. Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance customer experience. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
