Work Mode- Work from Office Position - Customer Success Associate Skillset- Excellent comms in both English and Hindi, No MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors Qualification- Graduate from any field Interview mode- HR Round; Versant 5 or 6 Certified; Written Assessment; Ops Round; Client Round Experience- Fresher and Experienced both can be picked (customer Support International exp.) Location- Gurugram Sector-18 Salary- 22k CTC - 28k CTC Shift- 24x7 Rotational Shift. / Rotational for males; 5 Days working Job Responsibilities and Tasks: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Deliver accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for tracking and analysis. Assist with troubleshooting common issues and follow up to ensure resolution. Identify customer needs and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience. Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better processes.
