Resolve product or service-related inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM tools and ensure proper follow-up. Provide information about products, services, and policies. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, FCR, AHT). Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
