As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of the brand, providing exceptional service to our customers in their preferred regional language. Location: Kharadi, Pune Process Type: Premium Domestic Process Job Type: Full-Time CTC: Up to 35,000 We also have a language Lob with us so candidates who are fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu can apply as well. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally and empathetically. Communicate effectively in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu , along with basic English/Hindi. Resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on issues when necessary. Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in at least one of the following: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu + Manageable hindi Strong verbal and written communication skills. Graduation is mandatory (in any discipline). Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Immediate joiners preferred.
